At MeeQ, we want you to love your new look, but if a piece isn't perfect, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original fashion tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MeeQ account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and brand tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
